How the session works: You stay in control of your own data at all times. The session is run by you on your own device — we teach you the process, share strategies, and explain what each option means. We never enter your details ourselves and we never ask you to share login credentials with us. If a temporary account needs to be set up during the session, this is created by you (we recommend using an incognito/private browser tab) and you change the password immediately afterwards.

Your data: We do not store, save, or retain any of the personal information shared during the session. All details (driver information, vehicle details, addresses, claims history, etc.) are visible to us only during the live call and are not recorded, written down, or kept by us afterwards. We do not share your information with any third party. The only information we retain is what's required for your purchase (name, email, payment details), which is handled securely by Shopify.

Accuracy of information: Any information you enter during the session must be accurate and your own. JTG Insurance Lab is not responsible for the accuracy of information provided by the client. If incorrect or misleading information is given, this may invalidate any insurance policy obtained, and JTG Insurance Lab accepts no liability for any consequences arising from this — including but not limited to refused claims, policy cancellation, or legal action by your insurer.
